Business Coaching
- Business Coaching is unique in that every business has its own dynamics and personalities. The owner and/or decision-maker(s) have the “big picture” mentality that can sometimes prevent the personal growth of their employees.
- Business Coaching benefits the owner and/or decision-maker(s) through utilizing an independent observer to identify and uncover issues that can be holding the company back from growth.
- Business Coaching requires the combined efforts of group and individual coaching. Each person is vital to the continued productivity of the team. Each team is vital to the company, as a whole.
- Business Coaching will identify strengths, weaknesses and growth opportunities for the individual and the company. Knowing the importance of each employee will provide the owner and/or decision-maker(s) with a clearer picture of what is necessary to move forward.
- Executives looking for personal development to become even more valuable will gain benefit from my Business Coaching. We will identify and create methods that will set you, the Executive, apart from your colleagues.
- Small Business Owners will benefit as a result of having someone, other than themselves, nurture and encourage their employees. This independent relationship will foster openness, from the employees, so that I can interact with the Small Business Owner in a manner that will in turn benefit the employees, the owner and the company.
- Team Work can and will only be achieved when the team member understands its importance to each other. Whether it is in a small group or large corporation each person brings a unique skill and perspective to every task. These dynamics will be explored and understood through my Business Coaching.
- Business Coaching is best done, initially, on sight. Once the initial evaluation is complete then an off-sight session will be beneficial. With the constraints of business operations these sessions will be carefully scheduled so as to not interrupt the daily flow of business.
- Business Coaching sessions are either ½ day or Full day, or longer. These sessions will have clear objectives and goals.
- Business Coaching sessions cost is determined by the size of the company, the objectives to be determined and the overall plan for development.
